Four Hand Massage

Massage therapy always play the vital role in blood circulation. The ancient Greeks believe that the massage is the best way to acquire the healthy conditions of the body. They consider that it gives many benefits in health as lowers the blood pressure at certain areas. It gives the soothing effects to the pains, it stimulate the flow of blood in the vessels by activating them.

The massage of the extremities also beneficial in many ways, it recovers the water retention to the extremities, the accumulation of lactic acid is drained off, the cold feet and hands which get lower blood circulation are maintained. The numbness is also recovered which is due to the poor circulation of the blood to the extremities. Similarly the lymphatic fluid which carries the waste materials with it self also circulate in the body in proper way.

The following steps to be taken in consideration while doing massage to the hands:

1. Take the hand lotion or the moisturizing cream or the olive oil for massaging your hands. If oil is taken it will be at normal temperature.
2. Take the mini massage once in a day for well performance of the blood circulation.
3. Move your thumb in circular motion at your palms of the hands.
4. Do this process for five minutes.
5. Now go toward the inner side of the fingers. Extend them with each other hand simultaneously so that the blood circulation is improved and the muscles get relaxed.  Massage the fingers by small circular motion of the fingers with oil.
6. Now go to the dorsal side of the hand and massage in he similar way at first at the back of the palm and then at fingers.
7. Do this process for 5-7 minutes daily.
8. Wash he hands after the couple of hours so that all the muscles set themselves and the massaging oil absorbed in the skin adequately.
